We know alot of property lawyers like to advertise "exclusive of GST and disbursements", but to make sure you are fully informed below we've included both our ex-GST price and our all inclusive figures. As you work your way through our sign up form, we'll update you on your final fee as you go, so you know exactly how much it will cost you. Buying - from $775*
Our fee for buying covers every aspect of a purchase transaction (with no mortgage, unit title requirements or kiwisaver being used). We save you money by streamlining the process and removing unnecessary meetings - quality is never compromised.
Compare apples with apples. A lawyer will quote you "before GST & disbursements" so we have done the same HOWEVER we don't want there to be any surprises for you, so below is our base price INCLUDING all the disbursements and GST. Even better, when you fill out our online form we'll let you know any add-on costs before you submit it.

Our fee for selling is one of the lowest you'll find in the country. It covers the sale transaction after the drafting and signing of an Agreement for Sale and Purchase.
No meetings are required with our lawyers, and they'll communicate with you via whatever means you prefer. We want you to make sure you know exactly what you'll pay at the outset, but as the majority of lawyers advertise ex GST and disbursements, the above price reflects our fees without those figures. Below is the total base fee you'll pay and we let you know the cost of any extras before you submit your online form - because transparency is key!

We aim to keep all our costs transparent - our above price is our low base cost, but some aspects of the transfer process will have more fees involved. The below are the disbursements/fees that need to be tagged on to some transactions (largely because there are registration fees involved that are out of our control). We always want to make sure you are fully informed, so have included a calculation in our online form to give you a more accurate estimate of pricing based on your individual transaction as well as including this list to keep you in the loop.
